Freight/Shipping Damage Policy

Obvious Freight Damage If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with one of Neighbors Marketing Family of Webstores with obvious freight damage you can refuse it or make a note when you sign for it with the carrier and report any obvious Freight damage to one of Neighbors Marketing Family of Webstores within 3 business days. We will then order a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. The damaged product must be held at the original shipping address and in its original packaging so the carrier can make an inspection and pickup. If you fail to report Obvious Freight Damage to the carrier or us within 3 business days, neither you or Neighbors Marketing will have any recourse, and a freight claim cannot be filed.

Concealed Freight Damage If you accept a shipment, its your responsibility to open it immediately, inspect it and report any concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier and to Neighbors Marketing Customer Service within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. We will work with the freight carrier & manufacturer to assist in getting a replacement unit shipped out to you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original shipped item(s). If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the carrier or to Neighbors Marketing Customer Service within 3 business days, neither you or Neighbors Marketing will have any recourse, and a freight claim cannot be filed.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is the time necessary to process the order, pull & assemble or produce the item, ready the order for shipping and queue the order to be sent out with the carrier. Each item may have a different processing time (see "Availability: Usually ships in xx to xx Business Days" on the product page), but usually items require 2 - 7 business days for processing.

Shipping Time or Transit Time is the estimated time it takes for the item to be shipped to the customer based on the method of delivery chosen at check out. Choosing an expedited service does not reduce the amount of time required for processing, only the amount of time it will take for the deliver service to deliver the item.
